Fully equipped heat isolated in a variety of dimensions, with the existence of prefabricated floor or not. ISOBOX Garage can be combined on demand with a variety of extra equipment such as: Electrical mechanism door, remote control, man door, windows, shelves, bench, door cornice, air-condition, electrical heaters, window rolls, window shade, floor, thermal insulation, ventilation. Garage ISOBOX are constructed for single space or multiple, in dimensions described in the table below..

CONSTRUCTION

The framework is made of steel cross sections and heavy hollow beams. The connections are welded together and all metal parts are primer coated and painted with  a special durable furnace finish. 

WALLS

External are fabricated with thermal isolated polyurethane panels WNL type, 40mm in thickness, covered on each side with galvanized painted metal sheets, of white color  (RAL 9002). The thermal conductivity factor of the panels is 0,45 kcal/m²°C. The surfaces of the panels have small neurons for great mechanical durance. The panels end in female or male edges for connection.

ROOF

The roof of the garage is made of inclined polyurethane panels of trapezoid profile of TRS type, covered on each side with galvanized painted metal sheets, of white color  (RAL 9002) made of high density (40mm) degradable ecological CFC-free polyurethane. Panels end in galvanized horizontal drains. The thermal conductivity factor is 0,40Kcal/ m²°C. Construction offers complete air/water tightness. The construction is designed as to minimize thermal bridges

FLOOR (ΕΧΤRA)

Is constructed of great static height boards, 18-20 mm thick covered with sea plywood with a hard waterproof PVC or polyester cover. On order, the floor can be insulated with polyurethane blocks 40mm in thickness.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Electrical installation is constructed according to existing regulations and under European specifications. It includes full electrical switch board, double fluorescent lights, leakage switch, switches, sockets, wires, channels and all the necessary equipment  of electrical installation. ISOBOX Garage also includes a telephone line with an American type socket.

DOORS - WINDOWS

ISOBAX Garage doors are rolls made of special steel profile. The edges of the profile are made of durable plastic that with the use of special rubber, reduce noise and offer increased air/water tightness. They can be manual or electrical, or electrical with remote control (extra). Human doors (extra) are made of aluminium framed thermal insulated panels and bare safety locks. Windows (extra) are successive, sliding with a special aluminium profile and 4mm crystals. Under special order, it’s possible to have them delivered with double-glazing as well as polyurethane external rolls of superb quality. In case the Garage ISOBOX is used exclusively for parking and car keeping, an opening (reclining) hopper is adequate.

FOUNDATION

Foundation is not required. The construction is placed on metal base, wooden or concrete, 20cm high, on flat ground or flat base. In case a prefabricated floor does not exist, the construction is placed necessarily on a flat block of reinforced concrete.

AUTOMOBILE SHELTERS

 

Prefabricated shelters for automobiles in two types with or without insulation. The simple type (without insulation) st ISOBOX is made of a rigid metal frame and a coloured curved galvanized iron sheet. It offers complete protection for all your cars and high aesthetics, where its simple lines blend in with the surrounding without provoking. Ist ISOBOX type with insulation is identical with the ISOBOX roof made of heat insulated TRS polyurethane panels of trapezoid profile. Rain water in contradiction to st type that falls freely, escapes through galvanized drains that run through the vertical beams leading to the ground.
